Management Team
Brendan was appointed Managing Director of Bank of Ireland Private Banking in January 2010.
Prior to this he was a Director at NCB Stockbrokers, having previously worked as a Director of Quinlan Private. A Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute and a member of the Irish Stock Exchange, Brendan has worked in Financial Services for 20 years and brings significant experience to bear in the area of wealth management and its constituent areas such as private equity, property and public equity investment.
Brendan has a Law Degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters from Oxford University.
Nicola joined the Bank of Ireland Group in 2000 and has worked in Private Banking since 2005. She worked initially in the Isle of Man as Head of Customer Services in Fsharp, the first offshore internet bank, moving in 2002 to oversee the Bank of Ireland's Channel Island operations.
Prior to joining the Bank, Nicola was employed by British Airways for 15 years, managing two customer contact centres for most of that time and latterly working as part of the team that established the Oneworld Alliance across several national carriers.
Nicola was a student of Queen’s University, Belfast where she gained a degree in modern languages.
Kevin has been a member of senior management in Private Banking since 2000. Prior to that Kevin worked in Bank of Ireland Asset Management, and held a number of roles in Irish Life.
Kevin is a Business graduate of Trinity College Dublin and holds a Masters degree in Investment & Treasury Management from DCU. He is an Associate of the Society of Investment Analysts in Ireland, a Regular Member of the CFA Institute and a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Kevin authored “Wealth management” in 2007.
Sean has been a member of senior management at Private Banking since its formation in 2000. He has extensive experience in the wealth management arena and is responsible for managing the Direct Business, Retail Sales, Banking and Family Office teams in Private Banking. Sean is a Director of Bank of Ireland Private Banking Ltd. and is also a member of Bank of Ireland’s Wealth Management Executive Management Team. Prior to this, Sean was a Director & Financial Controller of Bank of Ireland Trust Services Ltd.
Sean holds a MSc.(Mgmt) in Business Administration from Trinity College and an ACCA qualification in Accounting & Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and is a registered QFA.
Kevin has worked in Bank of Ireland Group since 1981 and recently joined Private Banking in 2010. He previously worked in Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking and held a number of roles in the Retail Channel including, Senior Business Manager in Business Banking Dublin.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, and is a member of the Institute of Bankers in Dublin.
