With regard to the use of email which carries with it a number of inherent risks, BoIPB uses a non secure public email system. As a result we cannot guarantee:

While we cannot guarantee that email sent from BoIPB shall not contain any viruses, we shall take reasonable steps to try to ensure this.

Please be advised that the facility to encrypt email messages is unfortunately not available. The services provided by BoIPB over the internet are operated via the website and public email. BoIPB shall in no circumstances be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of public email.
