Based in Dublin and London, our team of property professionals acquires and manages a €2bn portfolio of property investments for a broad range of Irish high net worth investors.

Our property portfolio includes office, retail, commercial and leisure investments on a global scale. We have invested on behalf of our clients in the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, the US and Asia.

The team provides you with a fully integrated property service from research, origination, transaction management, asset management to financial reporting. The team works closely with your Private Banking Manager to integrate property investments into your overall wealth management strategy.

The team manages a portfolio of over 20 properties across 6 main regions, and comprising over 4m square feet of office, retail and leisure space. Each property has its own asset manager who is responsible for implementing the business plan for the property, alongside teams of locally based advisors such as leasing agents and property managers. Given the current economic backdrop the common theme in 2009 and in 2010 to date, has been largely 'defensive' with a focus on protecting cash flow through, for example the extension of leases, minimising expenses and capital expenditure and rigorous management of tenant credit issues.

A separate Private Banking Financial Reporting team are responsible for financial reporting for each property. They produce annual budgets, quarterly reporting and valuations and preparation of annual accounts as a key value added task.
